Welcome to Seeds of Dreams Institute "webseed", part of my dream as a  PhD student in the field of

psychology.  May this first contact  be  the  "germination"  of blessing  "seeds" in our partnership. At

Seeds of  Dreams  Institute "discovered" that by focusing on employees's strengths, the corporation

is "happier", more productive, more profitable. The most important fact is that Positive Psychology

is  a  solid  science  with  empirically  supported assessments,  validated  interventions,  and

exciting new theories that  can  revolutionize yourself and your company.  Gallup Corporation,

among others, is one example using this new science.

We focus on your  strengths  rather than weakness.  Through Positive Psychology, we concentrate

on the brighter side of life, on the brighter side of your company. It is like seeing a beautiful garden

instead of some weeds. It is like praising a little boy for his many "A" and "B", instead of "crucifying"

him for one "D-".

When we do consulting, coaching or headhunting, we are not "naive" to think clients do not know the

problem. We basically work with them on HOW to take the decisions necessary for the changes.
